About Us
About Our Clinic
Hennie Alberts Veterinary Clinic is a well-established clinic, which has maintained a high standard of care with friendly receptionists and kennel staff, caring vets and a loyal following of clients. We mainly treat dogs and cats and do not deal with exotics. We will gladly direct you to vets who specialise in exotics.
Our facilities include a reception area and waiting room, consulting rooms, radiographic and theatre facilities, and hospital kennels with underfloor heating and high standards of cleaning. There is a separate isolation area for contagious diseases as well as outdoor kennels for day patients. (Kennels are for patients; we do not offer boarding.)
We treat owners and their pets with respect, honesty, and compassion, treating every animal as if it were our own.

What We Do

Diagnostic Services
An array of in-house diagnostic machines allow us to perform minor blood work, dental procedures, and digital X-rays without long waiting periods for results. We also have an anaesthetic monitoring machine, unusual for most veterinary clinics.

Dietary Advice
Our free weight-loss program will help keep your pets at their ideal weight, which is vital in preventing a large number of diseases. With a wide range of veterinary diets, our knowledgeable staff will happily recommend the best food for your pet and pocket.

Preventative Care
Prevention is better than cure. We are passionate about preventative care and work hard to provide pet owners with the necessary knowledge to prevent certain diseases and behavioural problems. Your pet is a precious part of your family and we treat each pet as if it were our own.

Homing Assistance
We utilise the power of social media to reunite lost pets with their owners and to find homes for stray pets. Please network with us via our Facebook page to share photos of lost or stray pets and our Facebook community will come alongside to assist where possible.
