We want to be of service to you and are eager to help you where we can. Note that we work by appointment and ask that you call or WhatsApp us ahead of time to book an appointment. Allow time for a response to WhatsApp messages. For urgent queries or appointments, please rather call us. The last appointment of the day will be fifteen minutes before closing time.
While we are willing to interact with our clients via our Facebook page, please understand that we may be limited in the advice we can give via social media. Pet-specific advice frequently requires us to examine the animal before a diagnosis can be made or advice can be given.

Do you offer kennelling services?
Our on-site kennels are for patients only. We do not offer kennelling services to care for pets while you are away.
Do you see to walk-in appointments?
We do our best to see to every patient in need but find it best to work by appointment. The appointment system allows for shorter waiting periods. We will always see to emergencies but, as far as possible, ask clients to book appointments ahead of time.
Do you offer payment plans?
Providing efficient care for our patients requires us to cover all financial overheads. We therefore ask that accounts be settled in full at the time of appointment and do not extend payment plans to our clients. We recommend that pet owners consider pet medical aid. You can also regularly pay into your account to build a credit in the event of a large expense.
Can I get telephonic advice?
We do everything we can to offer our clients the best advice they need to care for their pets. Where possible, we will gladly assist you with advice over the phone. Pet-specific advice often requires hands-on examination of the animal. We may therefore ask you to make an appointment before we can advise you.
Do you provide care for exotics?
We treat mainly cats and dogs. While we also offer services like wing-clipping for birds, we are not equipped to offer specialised treatment to exotic pets. We will gladly refer you to a facility that provides the services you require.
